How does the delivery process work?

Once your order is confirmed, our team thoroughly inspects the items to ensure they are in flawless condition. After successfully passing this final quality check, your products are carefully packed and handed over to one of our reliable courier partners. They will deliver the package to your doorstep as quickly as possible. If there are any issues locating your address or delivering at a convenient time, the courier will get in touch with you directly to coordinate.

How are items packaged?

We prioritize both the safety of your items and the health of the planet. Your products are shipped in eco-friendly SkinKrew cardboard boxes made entirely from 100% recycled paper. To minimize plastic waste, we use paper fillers instead of traditional bubble wrap whenever possible. We are continuously improving our processes and actively innovating new ways to significantly reduce plastic usage across all our packaging.

Where does SkinKrew ship?

Currently, SkinKrew only ships within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

My order has been shipped. How do I track it?

Right after you place your order, a confirmation message will be sent to your registered email and phone number. As soon as your package is dispatched from our facility, a tracking link will be sent directly to your WhatsApp and email so you can monitor its journey.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We generally dispatch most orders within 1 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Are there any shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders nationwide.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We do not accept Cash on Delivery orders at this time. All purchases must be completed via our online payment methods.
